How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

First thing, we start with a credit report to see what we are dealing with. At that point we can run the borrower through our score simulator if need be and see what improvements can be made.

What are your typical fees or lender costs?

The only upfront fees charged by Wise Choice Mortgage Corporation is the credit report and some of our lenders will supply that at no cost to the borrower.
