I am also a Commissioned Notary Public in the State of California. I have lots of experience and I can be very resourceful when it comes to working with First Time Homebuyers or Investors that are looking to purchase 1-4 Units, second homes or vacation properties. The standard process requires: the most recent YTD check-stubs, 2 mths bank statements (w/all the pages) 2 years tax returns, and any other income documentation for the most accurate loan approval.
Rocket Mortgage will request 'a credit upgrade' to improve your credit scores from wherever they are allowing you to receive the most favorable loan terms. Call me soon, I can explain how this works.
