Victoria Hale has over 29 years of mortgage banking and real estate experience in sales and operations management. Her many years of mortgage operations experience give her a unique understanding of the lending process that allows her to navigate clients through transactions as smoothly as possible. She serves on the Board of the Phoenix Foundation, which is the only recovery high school in the State of Maryland. She also serves on the Board of the MD Mortgage Bankers & Brokers Association.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I love working with first time homebuyers. I always have a conversation at the beginning of the process explaining the details of what they can anticipate throughout so there are no surprises.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I encourage clients to reach out before they start looking to buy a home. It is important for them to understand their buying power before they engage with a real estate agent.
