Victoria Hale has over 29 years of mortgage banking and real estate experience in sales and operations management. Her many years of mortgage operations experience give her a unique understanding of the lending process that allows her to navigate clients through transactions as smoothly as possible. She serves on the Board of the Phoenix Foundation, which is the only recovery high school in the State of Maryland. She also serves on the Board of the MD Mortgage Bankers & Brokers Association.
