I am a Whittier local born and raised attending California High School and Whittier College and later the University of Notre Dame for my masters in business. I am a huge fighting irish fan and try to attend 2 or 3 games every year in South Bend.

I typically get in contact with them via email or my newsletter. I always follow this up with a direct phone call.

What are your typical fees or lender costs?

My typical fee is 1% origination fee and a $650 processing fee, plus standard 3rd party costs.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

What my borrowers can expect from me, is direct answers, fee sheets and estimates that are honest and true.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

I run the credit through Rocket Mortgage and if they need help building credit, I can give them my advice from 37 years of experience, and utilize Rocket's credit building services.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I believe this is the only way to handle the home buying experience. Clients need to understand the process, and get prequalified early before looking for a home.
