Initially we need your income documents to verify, W2s, current paystubs or if self employed, last 2 years of tax returns.
The great thing about our digital world these days is everything can be done via phone an email. We can make contacts on the ground to assist if needed.
I have made some great partnerships with local realtors and contractors who can assist with the entire process.
