I am also an expert in non-traditional loan products such as Bank Statement Only Loans, DSCR Loans, Construction Loans, Manufactured Loans, Non-Warrantable Condo Loans, Kiddie Condo Loans, Jumbo Loans, etc... What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

Clients should expect honesty, professionalism, passion to exceed expectations, knowledge, expertise, award winning service, speed, communication, a think outside the box and strategist mentality.

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I typically like to work with client's preference for communication, but I'm open to phone calls, text messages, emails and zoom calls. I also work with clients on the weekend as well.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Typically, 2 most recent W2's, 2 most recent pay-stubs, 2 most recent bank statements, copy of DL & SS card. Self employed borrower need to provide 2 most recent tax returns.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

I highly recommend that clients complete an application so that I can fully assess their current credit profile. Mortgage lending guidelines are quite different from other lending guidelines.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I love having conversations with clients prior to applying because it helps me understand what their mortgage financing needs and goals are.
