Typically: ID, recent pay stubs, W-2s or tax returns, and bank statements. For VA loans, we’ll also need the DD-214 or Certificate of Eligibility.
We offer soft-pull pre-qualifications and can provide accurate rate ranges without impacting credit. Once a client is ready to move forward, we verify with a full credit check.
