After graduating from Florida State University and spending 6 years in the US Army Reserves I moved to Orlando in 1997 and entered the mortgage business. I have been a licensed mortgage professional in Florida for the past 29 years and have been the Owner & Operator of Century Financial Group since 2001. "I typically connect with clients through a combination of channels, depending on their preferences and the stage of the relationship. This includes phone calls, emails, video meetings, and in-person.

What are your typical fees or lender costs?

The fees and/or lender costs for our loans are your normal 3rd party fees (lender/title/state) that you will have anywhere you go.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

We have a very good Rapid Rescore/ Credit Repair team that can assist with guiding our clients towards improving their scores. This is a free service!

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

We offer the ability to do a "soft" credit pull. This will have zero impact on their credit score.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

We offer competitive rate/costs on all mortgage products offered. Most important, we are available 7 days a week to assist our buyers!
