I start by doing a soft pull to make sure we can get the required information. Once the buyer decides to make an offer on a property, I will need to do a hard pull for the lenders.
I will give you multiple ways to do your loan, price out your houses before you look at them if you give me the addresses, and explain each step so you understand what is going on.
I believe the earlier you can begin talking with me the better. I want you prepared to buy a house before you begin looking. The worst thing is falling in love with a house then you can't afford it.
I have a team or top quality Realtors I can put you with that I know will work well with you and I know many handimen and other services that you might need, all of whom I've vetted already for you.
