We are your only contact. We answer any and all questions to make sure that your comfortable with your decision. We work for you and you only.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

We do a soft pull.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

We have no problem with this. By doing this, they are prepared for what they are approved for and they know the process ahead of time.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

It's a case by case. But normally, we would need the last 2 years W'2s for all applicants, last 30 days pay stubs and 2 months bank statements from where the down payment is coming from.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

Whether you have awesome credit or average credit, it doesn't matter to us. We have helped so many clients that were turned down by other lenders/banks. We show patience and do everything that we can
