I have been in the Personal Finance Industry since 2001. Prior to starting my own Mortgage Broker Branch, I was a partner with a Brokerage Firm in Parker, CO. I have been recognized as a Branch Owner, one of the Top 1% Mortgage Loan Officers in Colorado as well as being recognized by our investors as the Top 1% “Fastest Closer” in my industry. Prior to moving into the Mortgage Brokerage industry, I received my degree in Business Finance, working in banking financial institutions for 10+ years.

I have years of experience with reviewing credit. My company has access to Rapid Rescore process. This allows buyers to review a quick way to increase their scores.
Most clients need to start with completing the loan application online. Then the buyer will upload ID, income and asset documentation into a secure online portal for review for the pre approval.
