Discount Mortgage does not charge any processing fees! All fees are standard and dependent on loan product.
We are able to qualify clients with a soft credit pull to start. Depending on the program, we may or may not need a hard pull to put the loan into process.
I'm no fan of salesman, so you can expect a relaxed conversation that leads to loan recommendations. You don't need to worry about high-pressure sales tactics with Discount Mortgage.
None! Basic qualification can be completed in one phone call. We'll just need some basic information and can collect your documents once the loan is in process.
For traditional loans, we are licensed in FL, MI, NE, and TX. For the remaining states, we can still offer DSCR loans for investment properties.
