I am a one man company with 29 years of mortgage broker experience. I will be the one serving you from start to finish. No handing you off to 3 or 4 different people during the loan process.

What are your typical fees or lender costs?

Since I am a one person business with low overhead, my margins are low. This means my rates and fees will be lower than other larger banks or mortgage companies. This is how I save you money!
