I use my "Quickstart Questionnaire" to gather information without pulling credit. Then I create a custom one-size-fits-one loan analysis so clients see options while protecting their score.
With my Quickstart Questionnaire, clients just need income, debts, and mortgage info to start. We gather the rest once they know I’m the right loan officer to guide them through the process.
