As a Central New Jersey native, I pride myself in being very familiar with the area. What I love most about my job is that I get to be a part of so many families' journey in achieving homeownership. I remember the excitement when I purchased my home for my family, but I also remember how much guidance I needed, and how many questions I had! We do not do a hard credit inquiry until you confirm with us, and you're file is ready to move into actual underwriting. prior to that (for pre-approvals or rate quotes) we only do a soft inquiry
