What you can expect from me.

I do not charge extra fee's beyond an underwriting, title and escrow fee's. I would rather keep my costs low and allow my clients to have more money for their home need.
I have the ability to pull a soft credit report which does not get listed as an inquiry on their report therefore will not impact credit scores.
Communication and availability. I make myself available beyond the typical bank M-F and 9-5. If you need me on the weekend or at night I make myself available.
With more than 20 years in the lending business I have helped clients improve their credit score from my own personal knowledge and I also have a software program they can use to see changes.
