Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I love phone calls when getting to know my clients as there is so much trust built when actually communicating. I also love texts with individual questions as its easiest for quickly respond.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

I can always do a soft pull for credit to get rates when clients are starting the home purchase process, or just shopping rates. Then when its time to close we can do a hardpull to fund the loan.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I fully recommend this to anyone I talk to. Buying a home is a long process and the first step is not just seeing what you qualify for, but what you are actually comfortable in paying every month.
