Lots of information that expect to tell you several times. Clients ask the same question several times during the process. It is okay. I understand. I do this everyday, they don't.
Paystubs for the last month, last 2 years W2s, Identification card- Driver's license or Green Card if not a U.S. Citizen. If you are self employed, last 2 years Fed. Tax returns with all schedules
About 95% of my clients are over the phone and email. The technology that Rocket has it makes lending faster and easier borrowers and loan officers alike. I will meet clients if they can't upload docs
1st step for me is to find out what you want, can you qualify, can you afford and what is your time frame for completing the transaction. The more information up front the better the plan for success.
I like to do a preapproval without a property. Once the credit is pulled I send it to the Rocket credit boost dept for analysis. They tell me exactly what to do and what the score will be once done.
