Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I have been a mortgage banker in metro Detroit area for 30 years so a good amount of my clients are local and we can meet at my office in Bingham Farms or over a phone call or zoom.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

All of my clients work with me directly from start to finish. I am typically the only contact that they will have but am always available to answer their questions.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

An initial conversation is the best way to start to diagnosis ones credit and discover if there is improvement to be had. I have the ability to simulate credit reports for future score protentional.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I love working with 1st time home buyers because i feel it is important to educate them on the benefits of home ownership and I walk them thru the entire process personally.

I have a trusted network experienced partners that I refer business to back and forth that do quality work (Insurance Agents, Realtor's, Financial Planers & Attorney's)
