I’m Rozina “Coach Roz” Jolla, a MLO, who is passionate about helping individuals and families move from uncertainty to confident homeownership. I don’t believe in just getting clients approved—I believe in helping them understand the process. I approach mortgage wholistically. I’m known for advocating for first-time homebuyers, self-employed borrowers, and families who may have been told "no". My mission is to educate, empower, and guide clients into ownership with clarity, & peace of mind.
