What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?
A seamless and transparent experience. I take the time to explain the 'whys' throughout the process to insure you're comfortable every step of the way.
What documents do your clients need to start the process?
Depends a little on the type of income, but generally recent W2s, paystubs, and 2 mos of bank statements.
How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?
We are able to do a 'soft-pull' on your credit so there is no inquiry.
