Bob Bates exceeded our expectations while helping us refinance. He was presented with a difficult financial scenario and not once did he back away from trying to assist. Bates lending group is amazing to work with. I have had several Refi's over the last 5 years and Bob is always on top of the the market. He provides sound advice on the best option for each situation. Bob is always on top of the process with the best rates and quickest time to close. Bob and his team at Bates Lending Group are amazing! This is the second time that I've refinanced with Bob and in both instances, Bob's instincts about what to do and when were spot on saving me thousands of dollars over the life of my loan. I even contacted Bob in between refinances and while we didn't move forward with a product, he was extremely helpful in coming to that decision, really showing me he is here to help and do what is best for his customer. He has a customer for life!
