I am available nights & weekends and will talk to you like a normal person. The mortgage process for purchasing a home or refinancing does not need to be complex or stressful!!! My fee is paid by the lenders through negotiation resulting in your overall interest rate & closing costs to be lower. I have massive negotiating leverage due to the loan volume I do.
I prefer working with real life folks that care about supporting local businesses while saving money. I make the loan process easier by using everyday language and not talking like a mortgage robot.

I like to use the phone to update folks on important loan details and text messages for simple updates. These are 6 figure transactions!!! I don't like hiding behind a keyboard sending emails.
