Buyers that other lenders gave up on too quickly. Self-employed, VA, complex income, all have a path. I structure the loan upfront so underwriting holds no surprises.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

A clear plan from day one, same day preapproval in most cases, updates at every milestone, and direct access to me by call or text. No call centers, no chasing.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Pay stubs, two years of W2s or returns, two months of bank statements, and ID. Self-employed buyers may qualify with bank statements alone. Send what you have.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

That's the best time to call. Months out, we build a plan, position credit, and set a real budget. My smoothest closings started as conversations a year early.

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

Phone, text, email, video, or in person at our downtown Oakland office. Evenings and weekends included, home buying doesn't keep business hours.
