A Certified Mortgage Banker, he founded North American Clearing, Inc, custodian of over $500M+ in assets, and Empire Financial Holdings, listed on AMEX. Elected as a FINRA Governor in 2007, he has 39+ years in executive level mortgage, securities, banking, finance, real estate, and fintech experience. He holds a B.S. from Wright State and attended Wharton Executive programs.
