How I feel? I fee great! This shows the buyers are thinking ahead and are willing to spend the time doing their research to make sure they get all their financials in order.
Honesty and Trust! This is a relationship business. Being honest helps build the rapport for trust. These 2 things are needed to help the buyers during their transaction and future business.
First time home buyers would be my response. Communication is the first key needed to help all buyers. Honesty and Trust is built upon it.
Their identifiers (IDs, SSN cards), legal status, and if they're W2, we would need recent paystubs, 2 years of W2/tax returns, 2 months of bank statements.
Many, however, I also tell the buyers to shop and contact my recommendations and see if they are a match. It is up to the buyers who they want to work with. I can only provide a suggestion.
