Get to know me
I am not your typical mortgage broker or real estate agent. I am a business owner, a real estate broker, and a mortgage broker licensed in California, Hawaii, and Washington State. I work in all three states travelling at my expense for my clients as needed. I am formally educated in real estate and finance with a Master’s Degree from Harvard University. I am also a highly decorated former senior Marine Corps Officer. I bring that level of honesty and integrity to my work with all of my clients.

I am licensed for mortgages and real estate in California, Hawaii, and Washington State. If outside one of these states I use my network to find the right mortgage broker and real estate broker.
In California, Hawaii, and Washington State I handle all of the financing and real estate for my clients. I also have referrals for all types of service providers throughout all three states.
I tell them to tell me their score and I quote based on what they tell me and explain that in order to actually submit a loan to underwriting that I will need to run a credit report, which I pay for.
