the basic documents are, completed application, W2 for 2 years, 2 recent paystubs, bank statement, driver's license, social security card. Other documents would be necessary if self-employed.
Before running credit, I will have them go on to Experian.com and pull their free credit report for me to view. Making recommending paying down, paying off or self reporting to improve the score.
