I'm Nick Magdon, a Loan Officer with Mid Atlantic Funding, where I’ve been helping clients navigate the mortgage process since 2020. Working out of the Winchester area and licensed in Florida, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia, I work with all types of buyers but specialize in supporting first-time homebuyers.
