With today's access to technology, we are able to connect with clients via Phone, Text, or Online Meeting Rooms such as Teams, Google Meet and Zoom to ensure we can accommodate your busy schedule!

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

We offer a "soft pull" credit check. This allows us to look at the credit and liabilities without having a negative impact on your credit score.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

I’m licensed in 6 states, and my company is licensed in 33, allowing us to serve out-of-state clients while delivering the same quality service and support they expect when working with us.

What are your typical fees or lender costs?

Fees vary by loan program and lender but typically include underwriting, processing, and third-party costs like appraisal and title. I review all fees upfront so clients know exactly what to expect.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I believe we should start the conversation 3-6 months before your actual target date. In fact, for Self Employed buyers, I recommend up to 1 year so that we can do some tax planning.
