We offer free, no-obligation rate quotes using soft credit checks, so your credit score isn’t affected. This lets clients compare options confidently before applying for full pre-approval.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I encourage it. Starting early gives us time to improve credit, set a budget and plan the right loan, so you are ready when the right home comes along. No pressure and no cost to talk.
