Most Recent Paystubs, W-2 Forms and Bank statement
How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?
I give the clients a rate based on the range their credit score could be and let me know that it could change based on appraisal and what their actual score is.
Where and how do you typically connect with clients?
Through word of mouth, Local Real Estate Agents and always available at the Bank
What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?
Hopefully a very smooth and timely process. Your standard conventional mortgage can be closed within 30 days or sooner.
