Most of my clients prefer to communicate via email, phone or via the lender portal however I am always happy to meet face to face to discuss the mortgage process and options.
As we are licensed in both Illinois and Florida, we are able to offer mortgages for primary, secondary and investment properties in both these states.
We offer "soft inquiry" credit reports that have no effect on credit scores for clients that are concerned about their credit scores.
For clients, getting pre-approved for a mortgage is a very important step that should be completed prior to looking at homes, it also gives a competitive edge when submitting an offer.
