How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

We normally pull credit at the time of submission of a loan. But for rate quotes we use soft scores which don't impact clients' credit. Based on these scores we can give a very good idea on rates

What are your typical fees or lender costs?

We don't charge any upfron fees. Loan Estimate is provided for every loan highlighting the costs involved at closing

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

We do have intering credit re-scoring available for improving the scores, if that is availble thru our system. This costs clients no additional charge.
