This hands-on experience, with all departments under one roof, provided me with a deep understanding of the industry. We do not charge our client anything, our loans are usually with zero point and client only pay the lender fee to the lenders. They can of course pay point to buy the rate down and get a lower rate

Credit card company and commercial bank are offering peoples fico score free of charge. I asked them to look up. If we need to pull credit we do a soft pull so no inquiry shows up on their report.
