At first i worked with another lender I described everything about my situation planned to buy a house at first they feel very nice after that they denied my application they knew that its gonna be tough, they not trusted my work. After I found Kevin and his team Nathan they were great, i recommended at first im so hesitated to ask when I need help with something I didn't understand after that i feel comfortable to asked. As first-time homebuyers, we had absolutely no idea what we were getting ourselves into. 😂 There were so many moving pieces, so many documents, and a lot more involved than we ever expected. We had the pleasure of having Michael Vittatoe as our Loan Officer. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my endless questions.
