With over 16 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and families across multiple states find the right home financing solutions. I’m licensed in California, Florida, Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky. Kentucky has been home for 47 years, and it’s where I’ve built both my career and my family. I’m married to my wonderful wife, Holly, and together we have 3 teenage boys Riley, Chance, and Ben—who keep life full of energy and adventure.

I meet clients where they are. If they are not local, it is nothing to get on a zoom call to get to help understand the needs and wants of every client.
I make Mortgage simple, it is nothing more than Income, Assets, and Credit. So always making sure we have proper income documentation for an approval is key depending on W2 or self employed.
Giving them experienced knowledge on that truly drives credit as every ones credit make up is different, but yet the things that help and hurt credit are all the same.
Giving customers a 5 star hands on experience. By the end I want them to feel like family!
