Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I really love helping first time homebuyers. I take the time to answer their questions to be sure they understand the mortgage process from start to finish.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

I have the ability to run a free-no obligation- credit report for every potential home buyer. The lenders that i work with have a Free service called Credit Upgrade. This really helps buyers.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Here is the list of documents most buyers will need to provide for a full "Verified Approval" Pay stubs for 30 days, Bank statements for 60 days, W-2's for the past 2 years, Copy of photo ID.

What partnerships or recommendations can you offer for real estate or home services?

I have partnered up with many of the best Realtors in North Carolina. These Realtors have resources for home inspectors, attorneys, title companies, movers, contractors and other experts you need.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

I am very patient with my clients. I clearly explain the mortgage process from the initial pre-approval, the mortgage documents to be e-signed, the follow up documents required, loan fees worksheet.
