Most of the mortgage discussions and transactions these days take place over the phone. I am always open to a zoom call as well and meeting in person at my office or somewhere else is welcome also.

I have the ability to do a "soft" credit pull at the start. Based on that, then I will advise whether to do a hard pull or say "hey, your credit is great, we can wait until you get under contract."
