In my 37 years as a mortgage broker I have seen it all! As a self-employed one man show I can keep costs down for borrowers, purchase or refinance. I have an ability in a brief phone call to tell if you're qualified for a mortgage and if you are not, then I can set you on a path to where you will qualify in the shortest time possible.

Phone, email, text and website. I personally prefer the phone as it allows me to understand the client needs in greater detail! But whatever is most comfortable for the client, works for me!
No add ons at Mitchell Mortgage! I am your only contact and I don't have to pay a processor or split fees with anybody. Therefore, low overhead means, as a general rule, lower costs for you!
Mitchell Mortgage can run a "soft pull" credit report that will not affect your score. This way, we can make sure there are no surprises when we run the official credit report for the lender.
Again, Mitchell Mortgage would run a "soft pull" credit report. Depending on where we needed your score to be we would develop a plan so you could raise your score to that level in the fastest way!
