Working with a Wholesale Mortgage Broker is the way to find the best deal. We have a lot of flexibility to make sure you are receiving the most competitive deal. Not every Broker is created equal. Our low overhead and margins allow us to give very competitive rates and fees. We take pride in our customer service, experience, and efficiency. Im available on the nights and weekends. Most of our communication is done over the phone or email. However, we are happy to meet face to face with any client. Most importantly, we are very accessible. We work nights and weekends as well.
Our only lender fee is the Underwriting Fee. That runs between $1,000-$1,100. Many times we are able to generate a lender credit to offset that fee along with the 3rd party fees paid to the attorney.
I will be your main point of contact from A to Z. Our processing team will be there to assist along the way as well. You will not be transferred from dept to dept like most lenders.
We have great Real Estate partners that specialize in different areas and price points. We also have a great network of inspectors, contractors, engineers, etc.
