We communicate with our clients all the way throughout the process. We also communicate with both selling realtor and buyer's realtor every step of the way so nothing gets overlooked!
Typically we need to verify credit, income and assets for a full pre-approval letter. 2 years W2's, 30 days of pay stubs and 30 days of assets.
Being a Mortgage broker allows me to have the advantage over banks and credit unions! We do not charge any of the junk fees that most banks and credit unions charge which will save our clients lots $$
Most of my business comes from realtor partners or past clients referrals. I have a local office and everything is handled ether by online application or face to face.
We can pull a soft credit pull to get an idea of their scores and get them some quotes. This will allow us to help them make an informed decision without having a hard pull on their credit.
