Matt began his career by serving as a Navy SEAL, a role that demanded exceptional discipline, teamwork, and leadership. His tenure in the military provided him with experiences that had a profound impact on his approach to problem-solving and dedication to service. After being honorably discharged from the military, Matt returned to Connecticut, where he resides with his wife, two daughters, and Great Dane. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Norwich University and a Master’s Degree in RE.
