Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

The best way to connect with my clients is through their mobile device, after typical work hours. You can't buy a house without a job, so I have to be available when my clients are.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

Many people in Philadelphia don't think they will ever be able to buy a house. Not only do I show them it is possible, but I help them apply for the $10,000 down payment assistance.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

I tell my clients the documents I need to start are the 2 / 2 / 2 method: 2 years tax returns, 2 months of bank statements, 2 weeks of pay stubs.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I have a master's degree in City Planning from Rutgers University. I have access to data and information most brokers don't even know exists.
