How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?
Free credit analysis, utilizing credit improvement simulators I have access to. If the borrowers can meet the requirements of the simulator we have a great success rate of improvement.
Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?
I love to assist borrowers that do not immediately meet the guidelines, in an effort to guide them towards qualifying.
What documents do your clients need to start the process?
Typically recent W2's, paystubs and bank/asset statements for wage earners. Full tax returns for self employed.
How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?
I will offer a rate quote anytime based on a credit score provided to me by the customer that they referenced from their own personal credit app.
