One of my favorite times is getting to connect on my introduction calls via Zoom. We get to chat, get to know eachother, and make a mortgage plan!
My team and I push for Communication and being kept up to date, we enjoy making the mortgage process fun and not stuffy, and we want to take the scary out of the process.
The key items we review is INCOME, ASSETS, CREDIT. We need income documentation showing your last 2 years of history, bank statements for anything being used for closing, IDs, and an application.
THIS IS KEY! I prefer to talk to client 3-6 months before they begin searching. A lot can come up during the exploration, and it's much easier to handle months in advanced, instead of in underwriting.
There are lots of moving parts when moving out of state. The realtors and I team up to ensure schedules, movers, walk throughs, are all timed and coordinated.
