Our goal is not only to provide great rates and excellent service but also to make sure that our clients are fully educated about the different loan programs available for their needs.
Where and how do you typically connect with clients?
In todays world we try to be as flexible as possible for clients who are on the go. We can meet in person, but we also know that phone, texting, email and video calls may be needed to communicate well
How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?
Start the conversation as early as possible to educate yourself about the entire loan process and programs available before you make an offer. This avoids surprises once you find a home.
