Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I have a phone app that is co-branded with my realtor partners and they share the app with the client. The app contains all of my contact info, the realtor's contact info, and a calculator.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I personalize the loan process experience to match the client's needs, whether it is a first-time homebuyer or an experienced homebuyer.

What are your typical fees or lender costs?

The typical fees that we have are: Underwriting fee of approximately $1000 - $1195, credit report fee of approximately $135, and a few other small fees totaling approximately a few hundred dollars.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

We start the pre-qualification with a soft-credit check at no charge to the client. This allows me to work up a few loan options that are best suited for the client.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

Being licensed in 5 different states, I operate the same regardless of the location. We have a system built that allows the safe passage of documents.
