This is an opportunity for me to earn a clients trust and an opportunity for them to understand their financial standing, gather necessary documents, and research loan options before applying.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

I am able to prepare rate quotes with or without having to pull your credit. Rate quotes are estimates, they can be based on information you provide, a soft credit inquiry, or a full credit inquiry.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

My client's can expect efficiency and transparency. Investing in the same market my clients are purchasing/refinancing is crucial to my ability to structure a loan to meet their individual needs.
