Starting as an MLO at Rocket Mortgage, I spent most of my 7-8 years in the industry there. I knew that my expertise though has continued to increase and I wanted to pass that expertise to my clients as much as possible! I feel that with my expertise I can dial the rate quote in pretty easily, but we also have the option to do a soft credit pull so we can gage where you are at WITHOUT impacting your credit scores!

This can vary, normally it would be your 2 most recent paystubs showing year to date earnings, 2 of your most recent years of W2 tax forms & 60 days worth of bank statements (most recent 2 months).
